Not to be bragging but just by way of explanation: I started writing stories against my will at about eight, started unpleasant and rigorous life drawing at thirteen. Now gleefully I dedicate most all my time and efforts to writing books no one reads and drawing and painting pictures no one looks at. What an interesting life outcome.  nancymauerman.com
